What You’ll Do

Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians for daily service calls
Use ServiceTitan to manage and update job schedules in real time
Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
Prioritize emergency calls and ensure timely response
Support technicians and management with clear, accurate communication

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Service Dispatcher (plumbing, HVAC, or similar field)
Required: Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan software
Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Strong customer service mindset
Knowledge of plumbing services preferred
